Peanut Butter

Carob
It may look like chocolate but carob has nothing to do with chocolate except for it’s taste. Carob contains as much vitamin B1, B2, calcium, magnesium and iron. Also known as a “superfood” for the anorexic and as a cure for stomach and intestinal problems.
Pumpkin
Pumpkin is very low in calorie, fiber-rich. It also contains high levels of beta-carotene, an important antioxidant.
Wheat
